DC/DC Switching Regulators
LEN Technology Ltd. offers DC/DC switching regulators with wide input voltage range from 3.5V to 60V, switching frequency up to 2.5MHz, ultra-low quiescent current, and compliance with AEC-Q100 automotive standards. These regulators feature integrated power devices that provides up to 3A of output current, internal compenstaion, synchronization to an external clock, adjustable frequency, and full protection functions such as accurate UVLO, peak and short-circuit current protection, and over temperature protection. This versatile product family is highly integrated and designed to minimize external components while meeting the stringent requirements of automotive electronics for reliability, EMI, and temperature.
